Privacy Policy
The coalition is committed to privacy-conscious practices and minimum necessary data collection. This policy is a working draft pending coalition approval.
Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information needed for the purpose of each form:
- “Help Me Find the Right Resource”: first name, ZIP code, general category of support, preferred contact method, email address or phone number, and consent to be contacted.
- Coalition membership interest: organization and contact details, service area, populations served, program information, and alignment-conversation agreement.
- Get Involved and contact forms: name, contact details, interest or message, and consent to be contacted.
We never request detailed legal histories, custody case information, medical records, substance-use histories, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include such information in form submissions.
Who Receives Your Submissions
Form submissions are received only by designated coalition coordinators and, for resource navigation requests, may be shared with a coalition member organization best positioned to help — only with your consent to be contacted. Submissions are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
Consent
Every form includes an explicit consent question. We contact you only if you choose “Yes.” You may decline consent and still submit general questions that do not require follow-up.
Data Retention
Form submissions are retained only as long as needed to fulfill their purpose — for example, to complete a resource referral or membership conversation — and then deleted. A formal retention schedule will be adopted when the coalition approves its governance structure. [Data retention period — pending coalition approval.]
Requesting Deletion
You may request deletion of any information you have submitted at any time by using the contact form and selecting “General question,” or through the coalition’s approved contact channels once they are published. Deletion requests will be honored promptly.
Community Voice Data
Input gathered through Dad Cafés, community conversations, and partner programs will be published only in aggregated, de-identified form. Individual responses and sensitive participant information are never published. See Community Voice & Impact.
Website Analytics
This website may use basic, privacy-respecting traffic measurement to understand how fathers and partners find resources. No personally identifiable profiles are built or sold.
Not an Emergency Service
This website provides resource navigation only. In immediate danger, call 911. For mental health or suicide crisis support, call or text 988.
